Chapter Potluck Picnic

We are ending the summer with a gathering of CNPS San Luis Obispo friends. Join us on Sunday afternoon September 17 at 4:00 pm at Atascadero Lake Park BBQ Area #, social time, eating, and an optional short walk at the nearby Three Bridges Oak Preserve.
Picnic Schedule:
4:00 pm Fun time starts. All are welcome to attend.The original chapter board meeting at this time has been cancelled but early social time is encouraged.
4:30 pm Social Time – bring your own meal or dish to share.
5:30 pm Short walk at Three Bridges Oak Preserve before dusk.
Bring your own drinks, food and place settings (we encourage you to bring reusable eating utensils as part of our efforts to conserve resources). There is no kitchen, so no ovens or refrigerators for potluck items and we will not be using the large park BBQ grill. Atascadero Lake Park BBQ Area #1 has a covered pavilion over picnic tables for shade and is easy walking access from the parking lot.
DIRECTIONS – The park is located on CA-41 South approximately 1.4 miles west of US-101 (take exit 219 for CA-41/Morro Road, head south toward Morro Bay, in 1.4 miles turn left into the parking lot on Lago Ave. (near the Charles Paddock Zoo Entrance). From SR-1 take CA-41 North/Atascadero Rd/Morro Rd, in 15 miles turn right on Lago Ave. BBQ Area #1 is next to the parking lot.
